Return & Refund Policy
At VYDRAH, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, inserts, manuals, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@vydrah.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vydrah.com and provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement, refund, or warranty claim.
Failure to report damage, defects, or incorrect items within 7 days may affect claim eligibility.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Opened, used, or partially used personal care, wellness, health, beauty, hygiene, or therapeutic products.
- Digital products, downloadable files, eBooks, guides, templates, memberships, subscriptions, software, online courses, and any electronically delivered content.
- Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products.
- Gift cards, store credits, and promotional credits.
- Sale, clearance, final-sale, or discounted items unless required by applicable law.
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow instructions.
- Lifetime Warranty Protection purchases.
- Shipping Protection purchases.
- Priority processing fees or other optional service add-ons.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, a verified product defect, or an incorrect item shipped by us, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VYDRAH is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to reject returns or refunds if:
- The item has been opened, used, altered, or damaged.
- The item is missing packaging, accessories, documentation, or components.
- The return request violates any provision of this policy.
- There is evidence of misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or policy abuse.
Approval of a return does not guarantee approval of a refund until the inspection process has been completed.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact hello@vydrah.com.
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges.
- Shipping Protection fees.
- Lifetime Warranty Protection fees.
- Priority processing fees.
- Gift wrapping fees.
- Handling fees.
- Taxes, duties, customs fees, or similar government-imposed charges where permitted by law.
Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the eligible product(s) only.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, digital products cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, downloaded, accessed, delivered, or used.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, please contact hello@vydrah.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Lifetime Warranty Protection
Lifetime Warranty Protection is an optional service available on select products.
The Lifetime Warranty Protection fee is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether the warranty is ever used.
Lifetime Warranty Protection covers only qualifying manufacturing defects as determined by VYDRAH after review and inspection.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage.
- Accidental damage.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Improper storage or handling.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Water damage (unless specifically stated otherwise).
- Loss or theft.
VYDRAH reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for warranty claims and the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional service offered during checkout to help cover eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once purchased, including when an order is canceled, returned, refunded, refused, or exchanged.
Coverage is subject to claim verification and approval. Purchasing Shipping Protection does not guarantee claim approval.
VYDRAH reserves the right to request documentation, photographs, carrier information, or additional evidence before approving any shipping-related claim.
No Medical Guarantees
Products sold by VYDRAH are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition unless explicitly stated and legally authorized.
Individual experiences and results may vary.
Any information provided on our website, packaging, advertisements, or marketing materials is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any wellness, therapeutic, or health-related product.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where prohibited by applicable law, all products, services, content, and materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYDRAH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability.
- Fitness for a particular purpose.
- Non-infringement.
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance from the use of any product.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYDRAH, its owners, affiliates, employees, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
Product use or misuse.
- Inability to use a product.
- Delayed deliveries.
- Lost profits, revenue, savings, opportunities, or data.
- Third-party carrier issues.
- Unauthorized use of products.
In all cases, VYDRAH's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, warranty claims, future orders, or account access where we reasonably believe there has been:
- Return abuse.
- Excessive refund activity.
- Fraudulent claims.
- False damage reports.
- Chargeback abuse.
- Unauthorized transactions.
Customers agree to contact us first at hello@vydrah.com to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute.
European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal period where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
