RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At VYDRAH, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Wild Crafted Sea Moss 16-in-1 Gummies are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If the product isn't working for you, send it back and get your money back for ninety days from the date of delivery. The bottle can be open, and it does not matter how much is left. A subscription price, a bundle price, or a promotional discount does not affect your guarantee.
You pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. The guarantee refunds the price you actually paid for the product. It does not refund shipping, and it does not pay out at list price on a discounted order.
ELIGIBILITY
This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from vydrah.com. Products bought from Amazon, other marketplaces, or any other retailer are not eligible, and we cannot verify the authenticity or condition of products we did not sell you. Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible.
CLAIM AND RETURN DEADLINES
Guarantee claims must reach us within 90 days of the date your order was delivered. The date we receive your email is the date of your claim.
Once we approve a claim we issue a return authorization. The authorization is valid for 14 days, and your return must reach us within 30 days of the date it was issued. A return shipped after the authorization expires, or received after that period, cannot be refunded.
HOW TO CLAIM
Email hello@vydrah.com with your order number. We will send you a return authorization and return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted and cannot be returned to you.
You arrange and pay for the return shipment. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and return postage is not deducted from or added to your refund.
Once your return reaches us, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Sales tax is refunded with the product price. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact hello@vydrah.com.
MULTI-BOTTLE BUNDLES
The guarantee covers the full bundle, including any bottle received free as part of a promotion.
All bottles from the order must be returned together. Any sealed bottle not returned is deducted from the refund at the standard single-bottle price, not at the bundle rate.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The guarantee applies to your first order, for 90 days from its delivery date. Later shipments are not covered by the guarantee.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and there is no minimum number of shipments. A guarantee refund cancels your subscription automatically — you do not need to cancel separately.
LIMIT - ONE CLAIM PER CUSTOMER
The guarantee may be claimed once. Claims are matched on email address, payment method, and delivery address. Once a guarantee refund has been issued, later orders of this product are not covered.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is paid by you, in every case except an item that arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Use a trackable shipping method. Refunds are issued once your return reaches us. VYDRAH is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, and a return we do not receive cannot be refunded.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Refusing delivery is not a guarantee claim. If a package is refused, or is returned to us because the address entered was incorrect or incomplete, we refund the product price less original shipping once the package reaches us, or reship it at your cost.
DAMAGED, MELTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Gummies can be affected by heat in transit.
If your bottle arrives damaged, melted, fused, or is not the item you ordered, email hello@vydrah.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it at our cost.
This is handled separately and does not use up your guarantee. We may request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.
ONE REMEDY PER ORDER
An order can be resolved once. An order that has been refunded, replaced, cancelled, or resolved through a payment dispute is not eligible for a further refund or replacement under any section of this policy.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
- Original shipping charges.
- Return shipping costs.
- Duties, customs charges, and import fees on international orders.
FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS
We may refuse refunds, replacements, future orders, or account access where we reasonably believe there has been return abuse, excessive refund activity, repeated claims across accounts or payment methods, fraudulent claims, false damage reports, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized transactions.
Please contact us first at hello@vydrah.com so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before you initiate a payment dispute. Where a dispute is filed, we respond with our delivery records, order records, and claim correspondence. A dispute does not entitle you to a second refund of the same order.
IODINE NOTICE
This product contains naturally-occurring iodine. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, consult your doctor before use.
NO MEDICAL GUARANTEES

For orders delivered within the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal period where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
